In response to NHS England’s Patient Online Programme ‘Improving patient experience’, patients have been able to book appointments online and order repeat prescriptions online, since December 2013.
From 31st March 2016, patients have also been able to view their medical record online.
If you already have access to online services i.e. booking appointments, ordering repeat medication and viewing test results, you may now also see other aspects of your medical record.
If you do not wish to have access to your Detail Coded Record, please let the practice know. If you would like access to your medical record please see below for details on how to request it or contact reception.
If you are a patient at Millbarn Medical Centre and you wish to start using this service, you can create an account using this link http://www.patientaccess.com
Once you have created your account, you can book ONE appointment at the practice. On the day of your appointment, please bring in proof of identification (passport or drivers licence & recent utility bill) and check in with the receptionist at the desk so that we can complete your account sign up registration. You will then have full access to Patient Access.
Alternatively you can come into reception with proof of identification (passport or drivers licence & recent utility bill) and complete the application process at the reception desk. You do not need an appointment to do this.
