Proof of your vaccination status will be available on the NHSapp, which is also valuable for accessing your health records and ordering repeat prescriptions.
The NHSapp can be downloaded from https://apps.apple.com/gb/app/nhs-app/id1388411277 for iPhone or https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.nhs.online.nhsonline for android.
Alternatively you can call the NHS helpline on 119 (from 17 May) and ask for a letter to be posted to you. This must be at least 5 days after you’ve completed your course of the vaccine, the letter may to take up to 5 days to reach you.

If you are unable to see your Covid Vaccine/s and you had your vaccine abroad, in Wales or with another provider (not Millbarn and the ArcPCN Team at Adams Park) please contact the NHS App Team by clicking on the following link and selecting ‘ COVID-19 issue -You want to see your vaccination, a test result or something about COVID-19 track and trace app’:
If you had your vaccine at Adams Park with Millbarn and the Arc PCN Team and you have already established with Millbarn that it is showing on your record at the surgery, then also please follow the guidelines above as Millbarn has no access to the NHS App.
